Army-Shop.ch, Switzerland’s trusted retailer for army and outdoor gear, partnered with Wolf+Bär Agency in May 2022 to tackle critical challenges in scaling ad budgets and increasing profitability. By restructuring campaigns to consistently meet ROAS targets, Wolf+Bär unlocked dynamic budget scaling in Google Ads, driving impressive growth.
In the first year, Army-Shop.ch experienced exceptional performance, achieving a +276% revenue increase. However the client migrated by himself to Shopware 6 in 2023, which led to a temporary dip in performance. Despite this, the migration paved the way for long-term stability and growth, with revenue rebounding to reach a +176% increase by early 2025 compared to when the client onboarded.

  • The account has scaled to the point where the budget is fully open, meaning as long as target ROAS are met the budget can scale and revenue has unlimited growth.
