This Swiss Home & Deco retailer, already a strong player in B2B, aimed to scale their B2C webshop Schweizversand.ch (Ecwid software) but faced dissatisfaction with their previous agency. After switching to W+B Agency in May 2024, the webshop achieved remarkable results within just 4 months. Not only did revenue grew, but also profitability doubled. Inspired by this success, the retailer is now embracing advanced marketing strategies to further expand their B2C presence together with the W+B Agency.

The Challenge

Schweizversand.ch faced several challenges:
