You Have a Team. You Need a Specialist Next to It.

We offer our full range of expertise as consultants and partners to in-house marketing teams of other companies and agencies. We set accounts up, hand them back, and stay close enough to catch what nobody sees from inside, including when someone is on holiday or leaves.

When an in-house team needs outside eyes

An internal team knows the business better than any agency ever will. What it usually lacks is comparison: the view across dozens of accounts that tells you whether a number is good, and the specialist who has already seen the problem you are about to have.

Typical reasons teams bring us in

  • The accounts were set up by someone who has since left, and nobody is quite sure how they work.
  • Performance dropped and the team needs a second opinion, fast.
  • One person carries the ads, and holidays or a resignation would stop everything.
  • The team is good at the daily work but wants strategy, benchmarks and technical solutions it cannot build itself.

We do not replace the team. We make it harder to surprise.

How we support a team

Four ways to work alongside your people

Pick one or combine them. Every setup starts with the same free strategy call and a clear scope, so both sides know who owns what.

Set up, then hand over

Account setup and handover

We build the accounts properly, document them and hand them to your team with the training to run them.

  • Tracking, campaign structure and bidding set up once, correctly
  • Documentation your team can actually follow
  • Training on the account, the dashboards and the routines
  • A clean handover date, and we stay reachable after it

For BHMS we set the accounts up, handed them back, and now supervise monthly.

A second pair of eyes

Ad account supervision

Your team runs the accounts, we review them on a fixed rhythm and flag what an internal view misses.

  • Monthly or fortnightly account reviews with a written summary
  • Benchmarks from our industry data, so "good" has a reference
  • Early warning on tracking drift, wasted spend and policy risks
  • Direct line to a specialist when something looks odd

Benchmarks from 50,000 businesses tell us whether your numbers are good or just familiar.

The thinking

Strategy and sparring

Innovative ideas, honest pushback and a plan that connects the daily work to the margin.

  • Quarterly strategy sessions with your team
  • New channels and Google programmes tested before you invest
  • Budget and target reviews against real profitability
  • A sounding board for the decisions that feel too big for one person

A partner who argues with your assumptions before the budget does.

When you are short

Backup and technical solutions

We step in when your people are away, and we build the technical pieces your team cannot.

  • Holiday, parental leave and resignation cover on the accounts
  • Feeds, tracking and automations built and documented for your team
  • Troubleshooting when something breaks and the person who knew it is gone
  • Knowledge that stays with you, not with us

Cover during holidays and personnel changes, without a new agency onboarding each time.

How a partnership starts

  1. Free strategy call. With you and, ideally, the person who runs the accounts. We look at the setup against our benchmarks and say honestly what we would change.
  2. Scope and rhythm. Who owns what, how often we review, what counts as an emergency. Written down, with a price.
  3. Fix the foundations. If tracking or structure is off we correct it first, so the supervision afterwards rests on real numbers.
  4. Supervise and sparr. Reviews, sessions and cover on the agreed rhythm, and the direct line stays open in between.

Project in focus

BHMS.ch

BHMS partnered with us to improve the return on its paid ads. Despite having an in-house team, they needed specialist expertise. We set the accounts up, transitioned management back to the internal team and now supervise the accounts monthly, stepping in during holidays and personnel changes. Precise tracking, data analysis and streamlined Google Ads campaigns lifted lead generation and made the ad spend work harder.

  • +400% conversions from Google Ads
  • +200% return on ad spend

Before you book

What in-house teams ask us

Short answers. The rest fits in the call.

Will you try to take the accounts away from our team?

No. The whole point of this setup is that your team keeps the accounts. We earn our place by making them better at it and by being there when they are not. If a client later prefers full service, that is their call, not our pitch.

How much of our team's time does this take?

Less than an agency handover would. A monthly review with a written summary takes your account owner an hour to read and discuss. Strategy sessions are a few hours a quarter. Cover during absences takes none of their time, which is the point.

Can you also supervise our other agency?

Yes, and it happens more often than you might think. A second opinion on an agency's work is a normal thing to want, and we keep it factual: numbers against benchmarks, not opinions about people.

Do you work with other agencies' in-house teams too?

Yes. We consult for marketing teams at companies and at other agencies. Our tracking software is used by several of the best known agencies, so agency to agency work is familiar ground.

What does supervision cost?

It depends on the number of accounts and the rhythm. It is a fraction of full service, because your team does the daily work. The free strategy call ends with a price you can compare against hiring.
